I am intrigued with these. I'd love to put one on the side of the garage, or other places where I don't want to take up space but require some greenery. I wonder what damage it would do to a brick wall. Or, a fence.
I've read that ivy can be damaging to brick, but that certain climbers, if they are braced correctly, would be o.k. I can picture something trellised on the side of my garage someday too. Also the fence along the driveway back there. I've had morning glories, but various husbands and neighbors think they are weeds and tear them down. :-(
