It's worth leaving most of the blossoms on the hydrangeas to see how pretty they are now. These are a very old fashioned variety.

Nice photos. Hydrangeas are the kind of plant that look just a good going dormant as they do at their peak.
Here I am. Visiting. I have some hydrangeas in the non-dog side of the yard. We can really only have trees where the dogs reside. Branches are broken off of shrubs too easily.
