New Stitching Project

It's time to select my next needlepoint project. I love almost everything at Ehrman Tapestry, but here's the short list. I think the Orange Blossom with Bees is my favorite. I'd love your opinion!

These next two (Peacock Tile) are pretty much the same, though I think the black background is more dramatic than the cream.

The Painted Ladies are very beautiful, and I like the background detail.

This next one is called Dalmatian Poppies. If you know me you know why the name drew my attention. As you can see, the flowers have nothing to do with canine Dalmatians, but it's still pretty.

This last one, French City Scape, is to die for. Something about the depth of field, the colors, the architecture really draws me in. Too bad it's $2,200. That's about $2,100 more than my budget.

Dalmation poppies, of course. They are all beautiful.

I vote for the black background with blue flowers. I went to the website and looked at all of the styles - simply delicious! It really is hard to choose. I have been remiss in reading your blog - it is wonderful. Quite honestly it sounds like you - there is something very satisfying about reading it. Thank you!

Ok. I've changed my mind. Now, I like the peacock with the cream background.

The cream background does look very textured, doesn't it? The bees still draw me in (almost as much as the cityscape), but I'm not decided yet. God help me-- I might need more than one!
